You might want to look at Novell's Internet Mail Service (NMIS).
We're currently evaluating it. It runs on Linux or Netware. It
has an integrated web interface and I think the other features you
list. This is not their Groupwise product, but a seaprate
"Internet style" mail product. Is has won some awards and is
now in it's 3rd version.
