Removing both author's negatism, I would venture to say...

All interested people are welcome to attend this OPEN openmpe
meeting.
The live meeting is costless (I was trying to avoid the word FREE).
HP (sorry donna, company name,etc) is graciously providing
morning and afternoon refreshments.
