What I would like to do is remove one or two archaic devices from the system
volume set. We have six disks which comprise the MPEXL_SYSTEM_VOLUME_SET on
our 3000 which is basicly in retirement. It is only used for historical
reference. It has four internal disks, which have all the space I need for
"must-have" software. At this point I would like to get rid of two external
disks which take up lots of computer room space. The only problem I have
is.....I don't have a clue as to how to do this! Is it possible to remove
disks from this setup? Or do I need to totally redo my disk setup. And if so,
how do I do that??? I am the only admin this poor system has, but my
backgroup is 9000's, not 3000's. Anyone who could explain this to me, PLEASE
e-mail, I need to get this done soon.
Thanks in advance!!!!
