I know alot of people have issues with the LPQ series printers that do not do
page level recovery. After a couple of months on a ticket with HP I did get
an SR from them.

SR# JAGAB72406

The SR is to make page level recovery workable in the event of paper jams or
whatever.  bob

Re: Advice for Line Printer Nee...

<DISCLAIMER/ON>

I do not work with or support the Network Spooler PCL/PJL interface
to the 3000 (I am a network guy and not a spooler guy).

<DISCLAIMER/OFF>

I took a quick look around and talked to a few folks and identified SR
5003-366989 and MPE GR patch MPEKXF7:

+----------------------------------------------------------------------+
SR 5003-366989
PJL syntax errors (NMS 9621) on console with MPE/iX Network Printing

The problem is: the message contains CODE2=10024 and DISPLAY2="DATEN
EMPFANGEN" neither of which can be successfully parsed ...
+----------------------------------------------------------------------+

Is the problem that you are seeing different than what is fixed in this
patch ? If so, does anyone know what the SR number is ? Sorry, my
questions may be a bit elementary, but as I said above this is not my
gig, just trying to be helpful.
