I agree.  Too bad this can't be done for PowerPatches and platform releases.

I have to say I really love the time Patch/iX and Stage/iX saves me when
managing reactive patches.

2 weekends ago I staged a patch sent to me by HP that turned out to be the
wrong version of the patch for my OS. So I downloaded the correct version
from the ESC and scheduled the system downtime for this past weekend.

The total time required to reboot the system to the base stage ( to back out
the incorrect patch ), stage the new patch and reboot to the new stage...
less than 25 minutes.

Sweet!
