I don't know if it is April 9th or not, but there was a concern with the
99th day of the year (whatever that turned out to be - 99th day of 99.
*shrug*  Personally, I think it's entirely too much hype.  If you are
tracking by day of year, then you would be using a 3 digit format for the
days, as there are 365+ days in a year, so the day would be 099 of the year
99, or 09999.  Likewise, September 9, 1999 would be represented as 090999,
not 9999.
