Having seen this on several Micro3000s, it's a memory error (as others
mentioned). The real bad news is that if you don't have a hardware contract
on the box, the Micro's memory is on the cpu board, so you probably need a
new cpu board. We've gone through 3 on one of our old micros with this same
error. On the old 37's, at least the memory was a separate board... on the
micros, it's bad news.
