ODBC will not let go of my image database

I am using MBFOSTER to provide data to a  .NET WEB application.  I thought I killed everything accessing the database(IMAGE) but the ODBC won't let go.  The ODBC is doing production work and I cannot abort the job.

Does someone know command to get the ODBC to release the database. I need to rebuild the IMAGE database.
