Perhaps. If you have an E-series 9000, you could install the card inside and
run ODE against it to make sure.

Not that I am aware of.

It is (was ?) my knowledge that a 28655 really is a 28642 + a parallel port.
i.e. MAPPER on a 3000 should be able to recognize the SE/SCSI part of the
28655, if not the entire card.

If my schedule were not jammed like mad, I'd swap a 28642 and a 28655
between my 9000 and 3000 and tell you what each box' ODE sees.
