The product is excellent, and has significantly reduced my development time.

One other important factor is the customer support. Support is generally by
email, but they have no problem calling you when they need detailed
information to answer your question, and their support by email has been as
good as the majority of phone support options I have used with other
vendors.

They do not have any type of integrated source control or tracking, and the
one feature I wish they did have is the ability to copy, delete and rename
files. It would make it much simpler to move a current copy of the
production source to your development account, and then back into production
when testing is complete.

This is one product I would pay for myself if my company refuse to foot the
bill.
