In the MPE-V days, APS/3000 did roughly that for any program. It didn't
provide COBOL-specific procedure (paragraph/section) names, but did show
enough detail that with a PMAP and a compile listing with the VERBS
option, you could really do some serious tuning. Not sure, but I don't
believe APS runs at all under MPE/iX, and don't believe there's a
replacement product.
