I am with a software firm in the Northwest. The company I work for
supplies Manufacturing and Financial systems for the HP3000. Occasionally
we need to make changes to IMAGE databases. New sets, redefined items,
etc. What I am looking for is some way to take a schema with real
capacities, and calculate the disc space required. So if we make a change
what impact on our clients will this have. I decided that I should check
here first before trying to create my own parser/calculator. I imagine
others might be in need of such a tool. So a reply to the NG would be
expected. Thanks in advance for any and all efforts.
