We had this problem a while ago when we switched our DTC 48's from Thinnet
to AUI interface (to connect to fiber btw).
Since the DTC that had the problem worked ok, I am assuming that this is
NOT an class 1 logging error. We always log class 1,2 & 3.
fyi...other DTC's would not download since at that time, we were running
DTCMgr on a 386 and the errors comming from the non SQE DTC interfered
with other downloads.
