hi all!

- is there a way i can tell what perl modules i have
installed....from cpan? (does the question apply to my own
(yet-to-be-written) modules?)
- does our version of perl care if the script is bytestream
vs fix-length ascii?
- is there such a thing as basic perl modules (from cpan)
that no sane developer could live without? :-) (sorta like
having mpex, adager and qedit are to us....) if so, they
would be....?

that's probably enough for now.... - d 'a little
training is a scary thing'
