I have an HP3000-968 MPE/iX 5.5 pp3 and I want to change the IP address of
the Computer, and the DTC's to accommodate an internal IP segment change.
Can I do this on the fly, or do I have to do the changes in Sysgen/NMMGR and
Start NoRecovery?
