In one of the power patches, there is a change to the PAUSE command that
will allow you to pause a job until another job finishes.  Now whether
the job completes successfully is a different matter.  If your system
does not have that PP on it, you could use message files to handle this.
I have a command file that will help.  Let me know if this interests
you.

        I seem to remember a command which would allow one job to wait

        another job to complete.  I thought that it was the pause

        cannot find the syntax for this.
        can some one point me into the right cave for this?
