I typically use FSCHECK.MPEXL.TELESUP for this sort of thing.  Use
the "DE" (Display Extents) command followed by the file name of
interest.  The disc drive volume indexes are shown rather than the
LDEVs, so you'll need to map them.  If the Index/LDEV relation is
not obvious, then you could use the VOLUTIL "SHOWSET" command,
with INFO=VOLUMES followed by INFO=DSTATUS to do the mapping.
