If you're looking to find all users with special capabilities in the
"LISTUSER @.@" output, then you might want to try the SETUPASS command
file on Tim Ericson's web site (the giant UDC and Command File "flea
market"). It scans for users with SM/OP/PM capabilities and optionally
puts sets passwords if they don't have one.

The SETUPASS can probably be customized to your needs quite easily.
