The Y2K-compliant version of SLEEPER is out there somewhere; I just posted
the latest, Y2K-compliant version of MasterOp from Carl Kemp to our web site
(http://www.allegro.com and follow the "free software" link).  I haven't used
it myself, but a number of people have told me they like it.
