Agree with you Donna.
But what I'm looking to do is schedule a job say on Saturday night to go through the existing logs for the summarize output so we at least see if there are increases in types of records.

I'm just wondering if someone has already built a job that will do a listf on the log@ files, identifying the 1st and last log and then feeding it to the list or summarize command in logtool.

I'm thinking at least that way I have something to review to hopefully ward off problems.
