I don't know the prices for HP used drives, but I'd recommend considering
the Seagate disk drives that are listed in IODFAULT.PUB.SYS.

You can get a new Seagate 4 GB (ST15150N) drive for US$179 from Global
Micro (go to www.pricewatch.com, search for ST15150N).

If you need to put it in an external box, that's probably $50 to $100 more.
