Ah...it's a true backup you're restoring from.
Do you see disc activity? If so, it's probably just going through the
store file, although 30 minutes does seem a bit pokey.

The * prefacing STDSYS.2.1 seems to indicate that RESTORE is on the
second volume. So it seems to be processing rather than waiting.
