As a reference, I have my power bill on my desk, the highest rate I pay (comes in blocks) is .03642 per kwh  the city adds .015... so my total is .05142 per Kwh.

I bet I use a lot less energy in Oregon then you do in Houston.

Do I smell fleece burning?
