Gavin - We've been using Sleeper since the Series III days and I don't
ever recall such a nasty New Year's surprise (I think I'd remember, but
age does have its blessings...).

I can remember a couple of January 1's where SLEEPER went into a
hard loop,
starving every machine for CPU (not to mention failing to launch any
jobs).
