Standardise on BLANK paper (you can use pre-printed stock with subtle
colours, and maybe your company logo watermarked into the paper), and
use a forms design package (like <plug>Formation</unplug>) to design the
graphics and line drawing.

Then you won't have to worry about managing paper stock etc., and you
can spend the printing money saved on better quality paper and high
speed LaserJet's.

Even better, don't print at all, but publish the reports on an intranet
running on your HP3000 "the most powerful computer in the world",
running one of the several available web servers.

Just thoughts!

Neil Harvey

                Subject: Multiform Printers

We are starting a new application on a hp3000 and one
of the requests from the users is to not have to change the paper on the
printer so often. We are limited in the number of printers we can use by
ports and physical space so we are thinking about a multiform printer.
The problem is we are having some troubles finding one. Any experience,
guidance, and pitfalls would be a great help. Thanks in Advance
