I am having a hard time finding info on these codes. Our
969 just stopped today and these codes are the only thing
we could see. No SA or anything.

FLT DEAD - actually I think this is self-explanatory
FLT B900
INIT 0200
INIT 0152

The console just cycled through the two FLTs and the LCD
screen on the CPU showed the two FLT and the two INIT.
We just shut down the power for a few minutes and re-booted.
It came back up, but I would like to know why it stopped
so that I can avoid another stop. We did just replace the
memory two weeks ago, took out 512 and put in 1 gig.
( They would not play nice together or I would have
left the 512 in and just added the 1 gig. )

Thanks for any help you can provide.
