Well lets round out the picture a bit to not only who
pays what but who gets what in terms of wealth
distribution. The stats I have are broken into five
parts so will have to go by twos

The first two men get to eat 3.6% of the food
The third and forth get to eat 8.9% of the food
The fifth and six get eat 14.8% of the food
The seventh and eighth eat 23% of the food
The last two eat 49.6%

But there across the board tax cut in W's plan. The
recent tax cuts would effect tax rates in two ways.
First it would cut the top rate from 38.6% to 35%.
That's the only rate that gets cut, the top one.

Not only that, but other changes are meant to expand
the number that pay the minimum 10%. Essentially this
is a tax increase on the poorest Americans.

Figures don't lie, but liars can figure. You can make
the numbers look anyway you want. Whats fair to you
depends on where you are in the stats.
