I am going to assume that by "access to it to print forms" you mean that there is a message on the console that says "are the
forms aligned?". If this assumption is wrong, then please ignore my post.

The simplest solution to your problem is to simply log off the console. This still allows them access to "ctrl A". Ctrl A allows
them Recall, Reply and a few others (RTM for a complete list). It prohibits access to Limit and all those others commands they
are getting themselves in trouble with.
