vt3k is still available, but I'm not sure how you get it
from HP.  There are actually two versions: the old NS-services based
version, and a new DNS-based version.  I use vt3k daily on our 9000/K220,
to access our 3000.

However, HP has said that vt3k will go away (on 11.0?).  Of course, that
doesn't necessarily mean that the 10.x version won't run on 11.0.  We'll
have to wait and see.  If, however, that's a problem at that time,
you could look into the freevt3k program .
