How EXACTLY would I look this up on the ITRC? IMHO, this will be critical after

I don't know if it is possible or not for a customer to generate a list of outstanding SRs/KPRs for MPE from the HP-ITRC database. This database is customer search-able and AFAIK that that data base will continue to exist beyond 2006.

This would be an item to take up with the OPENMPE group in their negotiations with HP.
