If you go into NMMGR and delete device 22 by going to the DTS, then "GO TO
UPS PORT", then "DELETE DATA" then back to validation, re-validate DTS and
NETEXPORT, finally reboot with "START NORECOVERY".

Life should be good again.

Have seen this problem on 9x8 systems where the integrated UPS port on the
MFIO card does not seem to be properly recognized by the DTC startup process.

Workaround (to enable communication between system and ups rs232 port) is
to pick a porper DTC port as your ups interface.

But you really first get your system up and running and woory about your
system-ups functionality later.
