Thank you all for your help.  I've learned a great deal today.

Looking back at our documentation I see we used to use a LOAD command.
HP had us use a "INSTALL" command at the ( I think) ISL prompt.  What's
the difference?

After the INSTALL command does it return to the ISL prompt so we can
do  "START NORECOVERY NOSYSSTART"?
