The solution that I was told was to exit WINDOWS and rename W32SYS.DLL
(in the /WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory) to something else then go back into
WINDOWS and do the ODBC install. I found that I also had to rename
CTL3DV2.DLL in order get the SETUP to complete. It copies another
CTL3DV2.DLL during the installation process.
