I am revising my LAN, and want to set up a NAT scheme to map my static IP
address to private addresses on my LAN.

My current router, a Pipeline P50, has limited NAT capabilities. You can
map one routable IP address to one private address, or you can set it up to
use a remote DHCP server. You cannot load it up with routable IP addresses
mapped to private ones.

Can other routers (like Cisco) do this? Or am I totally out in the dark
about this subject?
