What a shock to my ego!! I have always assumed connect time included jobs
and may even have spouted that in training classes. Now I see the HELP text
clearly states:
The information includes usage counts and limits for
permanent file space (in sectors), CPU time (in seconds),
     and session connect-time (in minutes).

Testing with a small job confirms, the CONNECT-MINUTES stays firmly on '0'.

Thanks Chris

Last I checked, interactive sessions recorded cpu AND connect time, but jobs
only recorded cpu time in the :REPORT counters.
