I recall a article that reported on testing winsock against a published
(supposedly the official - whatever that means) standard. The only stack that
I remember passing with no errors was WRQ's and the list of tested ones
even included Microsoft's. Right now, I cannot remember where I read that, but
I bet the good folks at WRQ can!
