We had a test of SortMate several years ago, but I forget the source.  I
want to say Tymlabs, but I am not certain.  I have not seen it mentioned any
where recently, so I guess it is defunct.
 
However, you may not be aware that Robelle's SUPRTOOL contains an excellent
non-Sort/3000 algorithm, and you will get a whole lot more for not a lot of
money.
