Actually, it doesn't matter what release of MPE/iX you are on. You will
still need to do a START NORECOVERY for any configuration changes for
host-controlled DTC to take effect. If your DTC's are managed and controlled
via OPENVIEW DTC Manager, there are certain port configuration changes which
can be changed dynamically  without a system re-boot - such as port speed.
