Hi

I looked at this product below. It was working in about 15 minutes.

You can use LPR to copy the line printer reports to the server (PC).

It then automatically converts the spool file to PDF and write it to a
directory.

Costs about $700 - $800

It can handle a 500,000 PAGE report.

Pretty cool product.

Another site I know took one look and will buy a copy.

OctoPDF(tm) is an inexpensive product that will convert ordinary line
printer style output (LPR) into "Report-to-Web" or "Text-to-PDF" format.
OctoPDF runs as an add-on to RPM Remote Print ManagerŪ from Brooks Internet
Software (separately priced from Brooks). RPM can receive and print data to
up to 99 different printers or sites. OctoPDF will convert text/report
output into inexpensive Adobe PDF files which are accessible through any
Internet browser, archived to disk, and printed only when required. See for
yourself how OctoPDF will save you money by downloading OctoPDF and trying
it for free!
