I found this true while trying to find the bug in my code.
With my reflection typeahead off -- just to keep things clear,
:SETVAR HPTYPEAHEAD FALSE
:FORMSPEC

You get the the Form request screen, no problem.
Now do this

:SETVAR HPTYPEAHEAD TRUE
:FORMSPEC

You get the Form request screen, but also the error message:
File does not exist.  Press ENTER to create file.

I have been thinking this is a bug in Vplus.
