E-mail searches are picked up by mainline Listserv.  The web searches
are processed through a pipe to Listserv from IIS.  This "pipe" is
single threaded, thus the error message mentioned previously *can* be
returned if someone else is actively searching and it times out.  But
in this case, for some reason the pipe appeared to be "full" yet no
searches were in progress.  Once again, it should be working now since
I restarted Listserv.
