or, via the CI, :NEWLINK /bin/uncompress, /SYS/HPBIN/UNCOMPRE
or, since the target name is an MPE-named file, you can:
                :NEWLINK /bin/uncompress, uncompre.hpbin.sys
Usually MPE style and POSIX style filenames can be mixed and matched in CI
commands.
