Patchix changes the user version, and this enhancement has been
provided in the version B.00.15. and above. Make sure that the version
of the patchix is a  latter version or the one mentioned above, if you
want to use this enchancement of patchix.

Using Sysgen, USERVERSION could be modified, but a SLT has to be created
and updated from to see the changes.
