Since J2 is not an ASCII display data type, a simple print of the number is
very likely to come out as an unprintable character. So it will appear is if
it is blank.
If you want a number you can see, try:
OUT ORDNUMFL,ASCII
or if you want to input it into a spreadsheet or something like that:
OUT ORDNUMFL,PRN
