And the answer is: the XVI32 editor. It reads anything -- and it's free. To
obtain a copy, go to:

     http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm

If you've used FCOPY in its char;hex mode, you're already fully trained for
using the XVI32 editor as well.
