Air Canada gets it too. Their web site allows flight and seat selection and
ticketless purchase without much hoop jumping. Confirmation by email or fax.
Kiosks at the bigger airports to issue boarding passes when given either
their frequent flier card or the credit card used for the original purchase.

The biggest bonus is never having to talk to their harried staff.
