Error 52 usually means "file not found".  Could you have purged the file it
was trying to stream?

I have configured the sleeper as required and run it using the SLEEPCMD
START command.  The program streams and remains running as a job but it
won't stream anything.  I just get the following error:

Sleeper 6: Failed to STREAM: FJDJOB1.DEVFJD.LESLIE
  **COMMAND: Error/Warn = 1441;Parm = 0
