sure, a beefy light truck, I grant you that.
but I'd still like to learn about these 106k-mile brakes and 80k-mile tires. these are the minimums possible for the figures cited and assume brakes and tires are ready for replacement right now; they're still fantastic numbers!
I've been known to stretch a set of tires well beyond their safe life, but 80k miles is beyond me. 100k-mile brakes? I have to guess someone's putting in a LOT of midnight freeway miles or maybe forgot a few pad changes in 15 years.

Not at all. Lots of potholes and traffic. More likely the parts are
beefy for such a light weight vehicle.

now we have a report of at least 80k miles per set of tires. must be some awfully nice roads in MD, and you never have to stop - (at least) 106k miles per set of brakes!

One of Ideal's CEs (Tan) in MD owns a 1994 Nissan XE pickup. It now
has over 320,000 miles on it and still has the ORIGINAL CLUTCH!!
Tan does not drag race but he keeps up with traffic including Baltimore
& DC stop-and-go backups. He uses it as a hauling machine and does
not baby it by any definition. The only major parts he has replaced are the
radiator, fuel pump, steering gear, brakes (twice), and tires (3 times) and
battery (twice).

I have enjoyed the discussion on my well running Nissan Crew Cab. It is
a fun vehicle to drive. Next year it will be 10 years old, and it has
been a dependable vehicle. I think it was built without the help of the
UAW (correct me if I am wrong). Nissan did not need a bail out by the
US government.
I have received at least one speeding tickets in the Nissan by some of
Nevada's finest doing 82 in with a 75 MPH zone.
I would buy another one.

Of course he only drove me 4 blocks with no turns, but hey, we
exchanged a
lot of info in that 20 minutes.
