Joke. However, this site seems quite bizarre. Some things are obviously parody (like the hacker article, an article about the sky not existing) but others look serious (like the bit about George Harrison passing away). Some things, your guess is as good as mine. A look at the site's mission statement ultimately convinced me that these people don't take themselves too seriously.
In the hacker article, look at all of the links. While some of them might seem reasonable to you (linking GW Bush to "integrity" and WJ Clinton to "betrayed the principles"), others are completely ridiculous (when he discusses spanking his child, the link is, well, it's not about corporal punishment that's for sure; the link for "Soviet computer hacker" is a character from Goldeneye).

So is the consensus here that the article was serious? The "facts" in it
were so outrageous that I assumed it was a joke.

Subject: OT: Is Your Son(Dad) a Computer Hacker?
My four year old has a PC, he mostly plays CD from the cat in the hat or
from the Captain Crunch box.
All of our PC's(4) at the house have AMD chips. My wife found the article
an insult to intelligence, I found it humorous.
I do not know where the AMD chip is made. However I have been to free trade
zones in other countries, often called off shore production. These places
provide jobs and produce goods at lower cost.
I get a good cost to megahertz ratio with AMD chips.
