Rajesh:

Are you attempting to access the database across accounts?  Mode 1 is
read/write, mode 5 is read only, has nothing to do with access.  This sounds
like the account (or group within the account) is locked up security-wise.

Do you have VESOFT on this machine?  If so, run GOD, then try to access.
GOD will give you unlimited access.

Try logging onto the account AND group where the database exists, then run
it.

I have given Read ,Lock Access to Any ,But still i am getting the same error

Here the DBOPEN mode 5 program access the Database which is in remote 
environement and i set all the required file equations before executing the 
program. i am getting this error  when the  program executed simultaneously 
both the remote environment(DBOPEN in mode 1) and local environement(mode 
5).otherwise the program runs perfectly
..
